m4 front sight

So i recently removed my front sight to try out my prototype experimental front sight i wanted to reattach the original i thought i read some where the nut that holds it is one time use. If that is true where can i find a replacement?

If you have a slim open face 5.5mm wrench, the nut is easily removed and replaced without damage.
