Loupis Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 So i recently removed my front sight to try out my prototype experimental front sight i wanted to reattach the original i thought i read some where the nut that holds it is one time use. If that is true where can i find a replacement? Quote
Unobtanium Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 I would only use it once, buy replacements from brownells. Quote
Hookster Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Hey Loupis, Brownells has them for $8.99 here: http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=23654/Product/FRONT-SIGHT-RETAINING-NUT Later, Hookster Quote
Don Randall Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 If you have a slim open face 5.5mm wrench, the nut is easily removed and replaced without damage. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/MOODY-TOOL-Open-End-Wrench-6LEZ6 Quote
