Supernova Problems... Please help

I just bought a brand new Supernova field model. I cleanned it but i'am having cycling issues. When i have 2 shells in the mag and i go to chamber one, the shell refuses to move out of the mag. it doesnt matter how many times i try it. Please let me know if you have any advice.

On the bottom of the slide there is a little button if you are pressing that when your are cycling the slide it will not feed the next round from the mag tube.

I'am aware of that button, so I was making sure i was not pushing it. I was also making sure that I was bringing the slide back all the way.

Did you open it up and remove the limiter and check the spring? With a round in the mag, you can try to press on the round stopper thingy from the bottom to see if it pushes the round out. If it does, then you can rule out the spring or follower and move on other areas.
