M2 help!!!!

I borrowed a buddie's m2 field to do some bird hunting a week ago. During the hunt, somehow the recoil pad fell off and I lost it. I have bought a new comfortech recoil pad, but it seems like I'm missing a piece as it doesn't just snap in like I thought it would. there's nothing in the stock that the lip on the recoil pad would snap into. I know it's kind of a pain in the butt, but could I talk you into pulling the recoil pad off yours and show me what it looks like inside?

Yep, you're missing an insert that has a lip that the pad snaps into. The whole thing must have popped out. I don't think

that is a piece you can buy seperately. I would call benelli customer service, ask them to replace the stock, or maybe they can repair yours.

Thats just my luck. It'll probably be cheaper for me to buy a new gun rather than get all of the right pieces.

You really should call Benelli. I bet they'll make it right.

Yeah, I looked at mine and there is an insert inside the stock. If your buddy filled out his warranty he shoudl be able to get it fixed. They have a lifetime warranty on them!
