Problem With SBE II Recoil pad

Ok my recoil pad seems to have just deteriotated. The gun is just over a year old. This happened after a duck hunt. Im lost its seems it just turned to mush on the end? Any Help

Mine has done the same thing. I have noticed if I leave mine on ice, it will crack a little and kind of bubble open. But once it drys it goes back to normal. If your doesnt, I would call CS
