I just got a 1/2" steel one from FFT and it's very nice .... they make titanium as well.

Ditto, just got the 1/2 " Ti from FFT, very nice part in my opinion, haven't fired with it but nonetheless seems like a very well produced product, got their top rail as well which also is a great part in my opinion. I think the Carrier Comp is 1/2" as well from what I understand.
