Saw this thread when I searched: If I can actually rotate the front sling mount to the left, then the CQB sling is the best route. Hope this helps someone. This link does not work for me. I'm a shotgun newbie and I just bought a used Benelli M4 and I want to rotate the front sling mount. I welcome suggestions on how to do this. Remember, I'm a newbie. You need snap ring pliers to remove the retaining ring. Once that is done, the sling loop will slide off the front over the end of the magazine tube. Re-index it to the desired position, then reinstall the snap ring. Snap ring pliers are pretty cheap and an invaluable tool to have. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
