Alligood729
Hey guys, new here but not new to firearms. My daughter and son in law Had an experience this past weekend with my SBE 3. I was not there so I can’t say for sure what happened. Shooting clays, shot was fired, from what they say a second shell fired when the first one was ejected and second one kicked into chamber. I will of course check it out myself, and take it to a smith if needed. Just curious as to whether anyone else had experienced the same thing. Thanks David
NineInchNails
Makes me wonder if they never released the trigger or simply pulled the trigger and didn't realize it.

Regardless the gun should not fire a second round until the trigger is reset. My first guess is a second pull of the trigger, but things do happen. My father's old Remy model 11 would shoot twice with on pull at irregular intervals, but it was 40 - 50 years old. Have the gun checked by a gunsmith that knows Benellis, ASAP.
