i was jsut wandering what everyone used to clean off there synthetic stocks. im not really sure what to use to help protect my gun and keep looking and nice. thanks for any help

Assuming you mean the black synthetics...

 

When mine looks like it needs a little TLC, and water isn't doing it, I remove the stock and forearm from the weapon, clean them thoroughly with water and a mild detergent, and then use Hoppes Elite Gun Cleaner.

Apply enough to make the surfaces appear wet, then buff down with a clean dry cloth.

The Hoppes restores the depth and richness to the black finish.
