Slide rail for bolt carrier/shell ejector....

In the video I post the bottom side of the rail is rough or what feels like a file... it is toward the stock of the gun but 3/4’s of the rail is smooth but the ass end is rough and just doesn’t seem right... it’s on my benelli super nova pump with only 9 shells shot through it...need help figuring this out.

Metal shavings are being found once the bolt is removed...kind of a  plastic feel when cycling the bolt

Well that is a problem. Is warranty an option? If so I’d go that route before bothering with anything else.

Any noticeable wear on the bolt?
Those rails certainly don’t look the greatest
