Barrel swelling

Anyone had an issue with a super black Eagle 2, original max4 camo version, barrel develop a swollen area down the barrel maybe 5-6” from the end?

This would be the location it would occur due to barrel restriction's.  Here is some notes from a gun that I worked on recently.

 The barrel has a bulge in in approximately 6.5 from the muzzle, this measure 2 CM, the gun must have been shot with an obstruction in the barrel.
