michap1
I want to drop the stock more than the C drop shim will allow on my M2. Does Benelli or any other manufacturer have a deviation plate, stock locking plate and drop shims that allow more drop. Does Benelli have a D or E drop shim? P. Steve Morgan
Seems like my dad used two spacers on a 391 Beretta a few years ago. That might work for the M-2 also.
tucker301
michap, To my knowledge, there is no D shim. I know there isn't one for the M2. I don't have an M2, and I could be way off-base here, but have you considered trying to use two shims together, B + C? Or possibly fashioning a shim from some other material, or even sanding a small amount off the bottom of the grip where it meets the receiver? Basically, what you're trying to achieve is an increase in the downward angle of the stock as it relates to the receiver, right? You may want to wait until mudhen weighs in on the subject. He knows the shims much better than I do, and he may have a simpler way of achieving better results.
