SBE III bottom land model 10352 barrel options

I want to buy the bottomland SB3 with pistol grip but want a 28 inch barrel instead of the 24 inch that comes with it. is it possible to get this combination from the the factory? I know i can but a separate matching 28in barrel but refuse to pay $650 for it.

There is no style number for SBE 3 combo's.  May wish to look for a used one.  If you watched how a barrel is made you would ask yourself how they can sell it so cheap.
