Can the M4 skeleton stock be adapted to fit the M1S90

I have a department armorer who is really good with custom work and making things work. He'd probably be willing to give it a try if we had an idea that it could work ... Can the M4 skeleton stock be adapted to fit the M1S90? If not, are there any other collapsible or folding stocks that can work?
