Crooked Benelli M3 feed ramp

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is it a quick fix with a punch and some work or should I just send this straight in to Benelli? I just got this shotgun today and didn't notice until it was assembled and I had already left the FFL.

Wow, that's pitiful. I'd, for sure let Benelli know. At least send them an email with your photo showing the poor quality control. This shouldn't be on you to fix, make them responsible and ask directly how they want to fix the problem.

Sent the picture to Benelli and got a return authorization. I could buy the part and try it myself but I figure if it is this unsatisfactory from the factory then they should be the ones to fix it. Going to UPS to send it out today. It doesn't even feed shells since the lifter doesn't go all the way up.

You'd think they'd at least load a magazine full of snap caps into the mag, and cycle them through to make sure it fully loads, and manually cycles if they aren't going to do live tests.

I've been a Benelli fan for nearly 30 years but man, trying to crank out as much as they can during COVID and buying panic has left me shaking my head at them. I understand making a profit, but if they are doing so at the sake of their previously well-earned reputation, it could come back to bite them. I certainly hope not...
