M4 front sling loop?

I purchased a M4 from a friend with no manual.

 

How do I switch the position of the front sling loop?

 

Can I down load a manual?

Snap ring pliers. You have to remove the snap ring, take the ring off, rotate it, put it back on.

 

I didn't bother to buy them, so I destroyed my fingers and ripped it off with brute force. Not reccomended.
