Rex
I have an opportunity to buy a mint condition SBE in matte black made in 2002 for $1,000. I will use it for waterfowl hunting. I don't want to spend over $1,000 and the alternative to buying this Benelli is a brand new Winchester SX4 Waterfowl edition which is the highest rated, has latest technology and is in my price range. Does it make sense to buy a shotgun that is 21 years old verses buying a new one that is around the same price? I realize that this Benelli forum wasn't the best place to ask this question without getting a biased answer, but I'm looking for an objective view of this situation. Thanks! RxArms
Not sure of the value but to answer your question, anything made before 2020 Is better than new imo.
Jamie T
If it’s in mint condition as you stated, that is a fair price. I have the same gun that I bought new in ‘02. Absolutely love it! I don’t think you will be disappointed with it at all. Edited March 4, 2023 by Jamie T Misspelled a word
