alakso
Anyone know if Benelli has Synthetic stocks for the R1? If not, does anybody know where to find some from the aftermarket? And if no again does anybody know of a good product to blacken the wood stocks? Alakso
tucker301
1. None are currently made, nor planned for 2005. 2. I'm not aware of anyone making them. Have you looked inside yours? It's not a simple design. 3. http://www.gggaz.com/dvc/weapon_sr.php
alakso
DVC doesn't refinish stocks anymore. Know of any more companies or products for refinishing my R1 stock in Black? Your help is very much appreciated as I hate these ugly wood stocks. The day of the wood stock is gone. Hopefully Benelli will get up to speed on this. Or maybe they use their ugly wood to pad their profits. alakso Originally posted by tucker301: 1. None are currently made, nor planned for 2005. 2. I'm not aware of anyone making them. ATGJDR
I think the wood looks very nice I just don't like the weathering of real wood. I have a Ruger Mark II with a laminate stock that is impervious to weather very nice with the stainless. Synthetic is not the only high tech option. But for Benelli the only way to go is with the Comfot Tech and in Synthetic. Black Or Camo.
