SBE II Sling Swivels????

I just bought a Benelli SBE II and found out that the lower swivel stud on the buttstock is too thick for an average sling swivel.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Never had a problem with mine.

Sounds like a bad stud.

Carry it back and ask the dealer to take a look or call Benelli customer service and ask for a replacement stud.

I'm assuming you have the molded in anchoring hole that mine has ... mine's a little tight, but works. If it was a problem I'd judiciously file, shave or slice a smidgen of the plastic away to make it fit.

I was thinking of another gun and didn't take the time to look.

The Hogue poly swing swivels work well with my SBEII.
