NewbTubeM4
Is it normal to have a little play in the Benelli M4 Pistol Grip? installed the pistol grip and removed the "traditional stock" on the 11703. The pistol grip seems to have a very small amount of movement side to side. Anyone else with gun OCD and notice this on their newer model Benelli M4?
John Doe
I have the newer Benelli model and after reading this I checked it to see if it does and I'm sorry to say, no, it does not. The grip sleeve will pull down if I mess with it a lot and I noticed that it will start to slip after about 100 rounds, it is nothing drastic or making the gun fail, just a little that I have noticed. But as far as the grip having side-to-side movement mine does not and it is solid as a rock. Hope this helps.
NewbTubeM4
Thank you for the reply and checking. I wonder if there is a way to tighten the grip. Thank you for any and all help.
Ben elLes
There is. It twists on and off. If it’s loose you may have to give it one more turn. The trigger housing will likely be a bit tighter to get in. Or leave it. The trigger group keeps it from getting dislodged.
NewbTubeM4
I must have been very high on CLP. It just needed one more turn. I didn't want to put unnessary tension on the grip mount. Thank you very much all!
