Shot cards on M1 Super 90

I have a HK imported M1 Super 90.  Can you use shot cards with the inertia shotguns?

I am surprised that no one knows about this.  I hope someone will comment.

Since it’s an inertia gun, it probably depends on how hot the loads are that you’re shooting.  If you’re shooting 1300fps shot and above, I’d imagine you’re good.  If you’re shooting low fps skeet shot, maybe not.

Might just be worth a shot.  Literally.  The cards aren’t all that expensive.

I run Federal 00.  Not low recoil.  I also have a M4.

Have not been on in a while and just came across this. 

I put a card on my '89 M1 Super 90. I have tried to get it to malfunction with everything from light #4 bird up to 3" 00. It cycled perfectly every time. I also have a light and a sling on this gun.

That's not to say yours will work as well, but the chances are pretty good.

After praying to the google gods; I think they are referring to a product which is used in hand loading where a small flat disc goes in the shell last for a more refined crimp on the shell casing.

I have them on a M2 and M3 with red dots too no issues at all.
