  1. Great instructions as always! Thanks!
  2. Looks great!
  3. Looks great! Similar to my setup with the MWI handguard.
  4. How much are they charging for the "MP fix?" Asking for a friend... πŸ˜’πŸ€£
  5. Lol πŸ€ͺ
  6. I tried to ignore the user (in settings) to no avail. Also messaged Admin.
  7. After praying to the google gods; I think they are referring to a product which is used in hand loading where a small flat disc goes in the shell last for a more refined crimp on the shell casing.
  8. Are you all talking about the velcro esstac shotgun ammo cards?
  9. Not sure if this is accurate, but on MWGW website it says M2 forends will work on the M1 despite them not looking the same.
  10. Says they are in stock here. Edit - **Not sure if you have the 12ga version** πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ https://www.shopbenelli.com/61031.html
  11. Saviour has some great cases that are well made. I have a few and a LOT of my friends purchased them after seeing the quality of mine. They come in a variety of sizes and colors and are capable of holding multiple firearms and accessories if desired.
  12. Right?πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

  14. Form follows function. If it fits your needs and you think it will work... Why not go for it?
  15. Maybe I am missing something, but to my knowlede, the difference in the two platforms sight height wouldn't allow for this. Typical AR platform height for absolute cowitness is 36mm or 1.4 inches. Not 100% sure on the height of the M4 cowitness, but the Scalarworks mount I have for an Aimpoint T2, that allows for a lower 1/8th is a pretty low mount and is made exclusively for the M4. Not sure how what you want would be possible (without a completely custom setup) but I have been wrong before.
  16. @Apollyon I just picked up my first M4 (M1014) at the end of last month. Mine didn't have anywhere near that much play. I did also upgrad ro @RxArms 6 position tube. Absolutley no play in his product. Super solid and allows for the mentioned 6 positions for better length of pull and storage. He is out of Canada. With a vise, a heat gun and some patience, the instructions from @StrangerDanger were spot on and made for an easy installation. Might be an option for you to consider. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
  17. Sheesh...
  18. Thanks for all the info! πŸ™
  19. So, after emialing back and forth with a rep at Benelli, they do not recommend shooting slugs through the M1014. Anything other than a cylinder or improved cylinder bore is not safe. They state in this in their FAQ and unless I overlooked it in the manual, it's not listed there. How is this considered a "combat shotgun" if it can't shoot slugs? Clearly it WILL shoot slugs from what I have read on here. Benelli suggested I spend another $700+ for a barrel with replacable chokes. What a choke... What are your experiences with shooting slugs through the M1014 (11701) Ever heard of any devistating outcomes? Why would they limit this "combat shotgun" to buckshot? I've already had an AR detonate in my face due to issues with shooting remanufactured ammo. Was the first and last time ever shooting reman... With that said, not trying to banana peel my barrel either. Any and all info would be much appreciated. Benelli wasn't much help.
  20. @sonyman74@Ihrinwe Thanks! Appreciate all the info and help. πŸ™
  21. @sonyman74 I am putting together my M4 very similar to yours. After putting on the handguard and my light, I noticed it may be beneficial to get some sort of wire management. I see you have one. What did you go with and how do you like it? Also, I see you utilized the brass screws in the MWI handguard. Did you notoce any play in yours before you set them? Mine had a little at the forened but the point closest to the receiver took quite a bit of force to get it set in. Still had a slight bit of movement so I decided to put them in. How have you liked the MWI rail overall?
  22. I am a right handed shooter as well. I run all my long gun slings the same. On my M4, I have it set up with a BCM QD on the front left, closest to the receiver, of a MWI handrail (9 o'clock if you're pointing it out) and utilizing the right side sling point on the collapsible stock. All my slings are Blue Force Gear Vickers that can be adjusted with the pull tab. How I set them up is when at it's tighest adjustment, I can easily grab it with my left hand and present to target and it just "falls" into the pocket of my chest/arm without the sling getting caught between the buttpad and my chest. On my ARs I run them the same with the exception that I have two QD mounts on the left side (one closeat to the receiver and one clossat to the muzzle) so I can sling them over my back easier without it flopping around due to the leverage point. After I do a little dremel work on the LCS, I will most likely do the same with my M4. Here are two videoa that may help. Despite it being for a rifle, it can be utilized all the same. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xIrKd5O5XFs
  23. Thanks! @Ihrinwe I have learned quite a bit from this forum in the last week or so. Seems to be a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a desire to help others. I was unaware of the "Welcome to the Family" greeting that came from this forum with the purchase of my Benelli... Omertà? 🀣
  24. Appreciate the info as well as the rapid response! Look forward to doing buainess with you.
