Forum Posting Errors

I have notice this weekend that I have been getting errors when trying to post a reply.

The error I have been getting is:

Sorry, UBB has encountered an unexpected, fatal error. This error is extremely abnormal. Please contact the board administration. The error text is:

...

Can't open 'NonCGIPath/hacklog.cgi'.

Permission was denied - please ask the administrator to check the permissions on that file/directory.

The exact error returned by the operating system is:

Permission denied

» Please use your browser's back button to return.

I have sent a private message to the Admin to let them know about this problem.

Anyone else having problems posting a reply?

I finally figured out why I was unable to reply to one of the posts.

I was trying to include an URL to Tom Knapps magazine extension tubes.

https://tp-commerce.techpro.com/tomknapp/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=34&cat=Benelli+Parts+%26+Acc%27s

For some reason I could not use the "url" button and use the link above or I would get the error in the post above when I attempted to "Add Reply".

Strange..

The forums don't allow links (url's) that contain a question mark because it's a security risk. The TinyURL option is excellent!

This error should be fixed now.
