Gfarm Posted January 15 Share Posted January 15 Can anyone tell me what size screw plugs I need to cover the top pic rail holes in the receiver of an M4. I am planning to remove the top rail for a more streamlined look and since I really like the ghost ring sights. I’ve heard 8-40 will and won’t work. Any help ?? 03svt Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 Yes they shot loose I expected them to, under the rail when I removed it and the screw holes were very oily. I just removed a couple to install my new venom mount and so I’m going to clean them all up and put a tiny drop of purple loctite. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
