SBEII Extra Barrels`

I ordered a 28" shotgun barrel for my SBEII slug gun on February 2, 2005. The local dealer who I've used for 30 years; and sells quite a few guns; hasn't received it yet. Am I getting jerked around or is 3 months normal?

I waited over a year for a M1 slug barrel - I canceled the order after 13 months.

 

I ended up buying an SBE slug gun and buying a new 26" barrel from a private party for $300.

 

Up to 12 months is normal for a factory barrel order.

... I joked to my sales guy that I was in no hurry; duck season being my goal ... seems the joke is reality. Thought I might get to try it for this Turkey season.
