Sbe 3 - won’t drop 2 shells in mag tube

Need some help -

when u disassemble the gun ( gun is new )

and reassemble- it will unload properly and release 2 shells in mag tube- however, after u shoot the gun several times, and want to unload it, when u push release button under trigger, it will not drop the 2 shells in mag tube ?  I have 4 Benellis and this is the only one that has this issue-  I did send gun to Rob roberts to have a slammer button installed - so I’m wondering if something is out of alignment or carrier latch is out of adjustment??  Any help

This is your problem, your carrier latch is out of adjustment.
