121 SL80

Hi All, 

Looking for opinions and the value of a 121 SL80 that a guy is wanting to trade for an AR upper I have. I’ve done a search on here and google and haven’t found a ton of good info. Are these guns good? It’s a 26” barrel and a fixed choke but the guy doesn’t know the constriction. It looks really nice in the picture he sent. I’m supposed to meet him tomorrow. Worth trading? My AR upper is worth around $600.

I'd be all over that like a duck on a junebug. Those are great shotguns and if and when you want to sell it it's worth more than $600 to a lot of folks.

Be advised that to make the 121 series go bang you have to drop the first round into the ejection port unless it has an aftermarket 'Benelli button'. If it has the Benelli button it only takes a fleck of the wrist to release a round from the magazine.
