JACKISBACK Posted September 16, 2025 Posted September 16, 2025 Why is the pricing $1,200 higher for the Super Black Eagle 3 with "Optifade Timber/Labrador Gray" ($3,199 at Scheels) as contrasted with the "Black" version ($1,999) - when they both appear to have the same specs, just different colors? Or are the specs just really different? If so, how different? I'm trying to figure out what I'm paying for with the extra $1,200. Thanks in advance. Quote
remarkable Posted September 16, 2025 Posted September 16, 2025 The SBE 3 in Labrador Gray is from the Performance shop. This gun went to Rob Roberts for customization. This included and not limited to, extended forcing cone, 3 Rob Roberts choke tubes a sling, RR bolt handle, RR magazine release, computer tested with test target. The gun also has the BEST finish a 25 year finish warranty and a carbon Fiber Rib. This Performance Shop model will no longer be sent to Rob Roberts, thus you may getting the last of this Performance Shop model. Most of these models have been patterning very nice 60/40 or 50/50 patterning, providing the gun is shot with a flat rib, (the gun fits you) Please let me know how I can help. Quote
