bkirsch Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I am a new owner of a LH SBE II. I have been following the forum comments. From what I have read, I understand that Rhino .660 is the best choke for Turkeys. Does anyone have a recommendation for ducks... The choke and the ammo. Quote
mudhen Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I just ordered a waterfowl Rhino .715 from Margaret @ Rhino. They offer it in SS or they can brown the finish like they do on the turk chokes. She said it was the best choice for my needs - I shoot Kent TM 3's & 5's at 35-40 yards. I also get decent patterns from Carlson extended chokes in .700, .705, and .715. mudhen - CA Quote

bkirsch Posted September 27, 2005 Author Posted September 27, 2005 Thanks Mudhen... I assume that Rhino has a website where I can find the phone number. From your posts, you must be a serious duck & turkey hunter... In Arkansas probably due to Macks - Winchester Supremes #2s rule. What about the new Primos chokes? Quote
mudhen Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 No web ordering - call them and ask for Margaret. www.rhinochokes.com 1-800-226-3613 I get out a bit. I like Winchester HV 2's as well, but I only shoot steel if I have to..... mudhen - CA Quote
bkirsch Posted September 27, 2005 Author Posted September 27, 2005 Thanks for the phone number... On a SBE II break-in, can I use my winchester supremes for break-in? Quote
