gowest
Some of my friends that have the original sbe say they are able to lay a 4th shell on the carrier, under the bolt and the gun will cycle all 4 shells normally. I have a Browning B-80 this works on as well. Does anyone know if this works with the SBE II? (In other words, will it hold and cycle 4 shells without removing the plug.) tucker301
It will, but it requires some slight modification to do so. It's all been covered on this forum, more than once. Use the search feature.
sdkidaho
Two threads: http://www.benelliusa.com/forums/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/1310.html#000000 http://www.benelliusa.com/forums/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/1323.html And one with pictures: http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=40511 Oh, and all I did was take Tuckers advice. I did a search on "sbeII 4th shell" and had those links in less than 30 seconds. Enjoy. sdkidaho
Oh, and btw, if your local regs say three shells only, they mean three shells only, not that it's ok to have a fourth floating in there Besides, if you can't knock it down (whatever "it" may be) in three shots, maybe you need more practice.
