When to use 3 1/2

I am going into Canada for a goose hunt this year, first time with my new Benelli. Would it be a good idea to get some 3 1/2" shells for hunting snow geese? i think that for the canada's i will want it for sure, im just trying to figure out how much to buy.

IMHO it would be a great idea. When I goose hunt all I pack is 3.5.
