chitown72
Ok I just purchased my first shotgun, a Benelli Nova. I am planning on going hunting with it today. Are there any do's or don't when it comes to "breaking in" a new shotgun. Is there anything thing else I should know while i am out using it today? Thanks a lot
4MUL8R
The Nova is similar to other pumps, but does have some interesting loading / unloading processes. Suggest you look after these first. Don't be surprised when the rotating bolt partially unlocks due to recoil.
De-Crippler
One note about the NOVA.... Rearward pressure on the fore grip while firing can cause the gun to jam ( or appear as though jammed ). Be sure NOT to pull the gun in to your shoulder using the fore grip.
