fisher
I was out with a buddy and it seems I am not mounting my nova properly. This is my first shotgun and I don't have much experiance with it. I was wondering if someone can give me some pointers. Thanks Tim, from Canada
tucker301
The big end goes to your shoulder and the end with hole in the end of the thing that looks like a piece of pipe goes towards something you don't like.
fisher
Ha Ha, Now I know what I was doing wrong, OK, let me further explain. It seems that mount the butt into my shoulder like a rifle and drop my check on the stock. I was told that I was mounting it wrong because I should not be dropping my check on the stock. Is this all bull? I was able to hit a few clay targets a couple of weeks back (first time shooting it). Any help or links to reference material would be great. SiNNiK
Cool video! I've always used shotguns without putting my cheek on the stock when I was growing up. I noticed the cheek pad on the ComforTech stock on my SNT while shooting at the skeet range, took a few shots with my cheek directly on it and WOW, it was so comfortable, I could've fallen asleep on it.
