The OKW head is more focused and intense, its more for long range outdoor. The PLHv2 is better for Home Defense and indoor, has more spill to the sides less blinding against white walls. You can interchange the head between several style bodies also if you want to use it as an EDC pocket light with the hand held body when the guns are in storage.1 point
