Since I have shot well over 500rnds of slugs and 00 Buck without any issue. I’m confident function is not effected, though still want to throw it out there for datapoint and reference purposes. But I saw that my M1014 (11701) came with a regular stainless gas plug and a H20 one… The unfortunate thing is that I can feel some galling on the H20 plug’s threads so while it functions fine, I still ordered a replacement from Midwest Gun Works. Which.. the replacement had some patina on the new plug…. Just can’t catch a break I think. ? Also, new to the forums and this place have been indispensable on guiding me though building up my dream M4/M1014. Thanks ?

hahahaa!! the battery cap for $200 made me chuckle good, I believe it, like I said, FCD dust covers for $120.. I need to get into manufacturing

Any range reports from this setup? I was able to score another P-2 and I think she might replace the T-2 on my M4.

Anything KAC is inflated right now due to influencers like Garand Thumb. I sold a KAC battery cap for $200. I was finally able to score an 11.5 SR-15 upper at MSRP a couple of weeks ago... now to find the illusive 14.5 and not pay over $1800.

I think the world is kindof in a odd place, firearm wise. The riots and all that jazz got everyone pretty saturated who wasn't.

Just curious, but does anyone with 10k+ rounds or so have pictures of the upper and lower sides of the rails the carrier rides on? I am very curious how those surfaces do over time, as a result of the carrier being propelled backwards by pistons to the skids vs. a non-offset method like in the ID Benelli guns, where no off-axis forces are transmitted, but rather, it is kept in line with the bore.

That would be frustrating. I'll be optimistic and hope the seller OB1102 is honest and a good guy. Give it a bit more time. Hopefully you receive a reply and the package of parts soon.
