it is a Tough call ,,,I lightly lubed and carefully cycled some shells through it manually last night ,,to see and feel it loaded with live ammo,,,very tight and smooth,, and I began to have unthinkable range thoughts ,,,I'm a hard core Benelli man,, part of me says shrine for future generations and the other part says nail it,,,Peace to all my Benelli Brothers M1014

by no means is the 121 obsolete or second rate,,,its alot older and very unique for a Benelli shotgun,,estimated 50,000 built of all models between 1978-84,,out of that figure maybe 7% or so are for special purpose use,,,a fairly rare item in todays shotgun society,,,I would like to see a picture of your 121,,,, share and compare notes -------M1014

I had my stock machined so it would totally collapse and a mid position,,second:the M1014 is way over on the M4 ,,the M1014 has alot better quality control than the otherrrr plus you can shoot anything through the M1014,,thirdly,,get a magazine extension no matter what before any thing else first.Forget those fancy in the way gadget holders,,,good mags like Swat and Soldier of Fortune have ads for Tac Courses,,,later M1014 PS=M1014s are never an old topic,, [ 08-24-2005, 06:05 PM: Message edited by: M1014 ]

thanks,,yes she is new to the collection,,got it from auction arms recently,,,they said its 98% and unfired,,,,it apears super clean,,I think it is as described,,,,it was built in 1983,,,,I'm very pleased with new member of my Benelli family,,,very hesitant to even think about firring it,,best to ya tucker301

I shoot my M1014 alot,,theres an indoor range closeby ,,,don't worry,,they're just lead deposits,,,h*ll,,,I put a drill-brush to my barrel during cleaning,,,the chrome stays intact,,,,and I shoot all kinds of ammo,,mainly heavy recoil stuff,,,,,,,,,,,,,seeya M1014
