    CORDOBA

Black Jack: My response was not a negitive comment about your shooting ability- only to point out that I DO believe that the Cordoba is an outstanding product, capable of improving ANY shooters score. The forums are hosted compliments of Benelli USA to post questions and comments. Inappropriate language and photos will not be tolerated and those posts will be removed. If you have nothing productive to post then DO NOT POST in the Benelli USA forums. Having joined our forum on August 18, perhaps you are unfamiliar with the way the forums normally function. There are 3894 loyal Benelli USA consumers to date, with genuine concerns, questions and comments: seeking genuine opinions and answers from other consumers. Lots of consumers make jokes and write posts similar the the post recently made by Tucker. We can appreciate the "lite" side. 14. Hello Chronos, Benelli USA sells firearms to customers in the USA only. That is why only addresses in the USA can be entered into the form on the web site. If you would like to purchase a Benelli, they are imported into Canada by Stoeger Canada. You may view their contact information by clicking this link - http://www.beretta.com/index.aspx?m=53&did=360 . I am sure they will be happy to help you. Thanks for your continued support. 16. OK gentlemen, don't get you panties in a bunch. I realize your rants make for a good thread and sometime fact gets in the way of a good ***** session but here's the scoop. I talked to our head gunsmith and here is what has been goin on with Mr. Hensley's gun. First, he sent in the barrel only. We put it on one of our receivers and it patterned fine so we sent it back. Then he sent the barrel back (again without his receiver). We phoned him and asked him to send the receiver as well. He did and we tested his whole gun. Once, again it patterned fine. We are still working on this issue with Mr. Hensley and we will make it right just like we always do. (Just so you know, we would take care of Mr. Hensley gun regardless of your poll) This may be hard for some of you to swallow but more times than not (try 9 out of 10) when we have an issue like this, where the gun has been looked at several times by our professional gunsmiths and the customer insists that the gun is not working correctly it turns out to be user error. Nelli Girl PS - sdkidaho I like your Mr. Whipple reference

  18. Fixitman, The finish is similar to camo application. Nelli Girl
  19. Both guns will shoot 3 1/2" shells of all kinds. That's why the original SBE became the gun of choice for so many waterfowlers when it was first introduced.
  20. There is NO Super Black Eagle III and as far as any minor problems there are none. This rumor is probably being spread by one of our competitor's reps.

Interesting. The Cordoba sounds like a field version of the SS or kinda like a M2. I was wondering when we were gonna see a Crio in the Monte. Thanks for the post Nelli girl, good read. Drundel, You may be confusing the Crio with the ComforTech. They are two separate systems. The Crio system being the cryogenically frozen barrel and lengthened CrioChokes. ComforTech being the stock system that reduces recoil and muzzle climb. There will be a newly styled Monte this year that will have the Crio System but since the Monte only comes in wood it is not possible to have the ComforTech System. If you like the long slender fore-end of the Monte the closest thing with a synthetic stock would be the new Cordoba (it has both systems). One of my favorite guns in the Benelli line is the Monte. I've had one for almost 15 years but after shooting thousands of dove in Cordoba, Argentina with a Cordoba prototype my new favorite is the new Cordoba. It doubles as a great sporting clays gun as well. Cross-trainers aren't just for sneakers anymore! Thanks, Nelli Girl [ 12-29-2004, 06:32 AM: Message edited by: Nelli Girl ]

    2005 Benelli

Mudhen, If we have been quite it is only because we are very busy working on the 2005 catalogs, web updates, etc. It's just that busy time of year. There are no legal issues it's just that it would be a full-time job to answer all the forum questions. The forums are meant more for Benelli USA enthusiasts to have a place to talk about their personal experiences. So, if we seem to be quite it's not on purpose. Also, if you have specific questions that you would like an answer from someone at Benelli it is best to email or call our customer service. The reason why it is harder to be a Benelli dealer than a Beretta dealer is because unlike almost all gun companies (Beretta included) we do not sell our firearms to someone just because they have an FFL. Our dealers go through extensive background checks and must be a store front/stocking dealer. Our dealers are truly "Authorized" dealers beacause we only sell dealer-direct. Our dealers are the cream of the crop. Also, we have an entirely different sales force than Beretta. Therefore, no Beretta Sales Rep has anything to do with what dealers get to sell our guns. Think of it this way: We are separate companies and competitors. The only difference is we are owned by the same company. As far as the dealers go . . . usually the only dealers that complain to us are the ones that we won't allow to sell our product. Thanks, Nelli Girl

Here are some of the new products that I can tell you about: R1 in .300 WSM and .270 WSM Nova Field & Slug Combo, slug barrel is a fully rifled barrel with cantilever mounting system. Cordoba, which is a sporting clays/hunting gun crosstrainer. Same as the SuperSport but with black synthetic stock, matte finished metal and black matte extended choke tubes. Jim Carmichel of Outdoor Life had some input on this one after hunting with us down in Cordoba, Argentina with the SuperSport. M2 Tactical M2 Tactical with ComforTech Newly styled Montefeltro with the Crio System (12-ga, 20-ga and Lefty12-ga) Newly styled Legacy with the Crio System (12-ga, 20-ga) SBE II with SteadyGrip M2 with SteadyGrip And there are more and there will also be new product releases midyear.
