  1. Go to Wad Wizard or Sure Cycle websites. Wad Wizard is $5.00 cheaper for some reason. Be sure you get the choke for the SBE II as threads are different and crio barrel. Give them a call if unsure.
  2. Ditto to what tucker posted. I was told mid-March on the LH short version about two months ago. No real hurry now that I've finished hunting snows; but would like to have for turkey season May 2nd.!!!
  3. I don't see a noticeable difference shooting 3 1/2" steel; although target aquisition seems faster. I'm sure there is some measureable difference, but 3 1/2" nail the **** out of you with ANY shotgun!!!
  4. I have a Burris Speed Dot 135 I've used on my Mossberg 835 for turkey and on my 44 mag. Blackhawk Hunter for deer. Very good red dot, would buy another. I also have a SBE II and am considering mounting it on this for turkey hunting and selling the Mossberg.
  5. Deerslayer: B Square makes a blue saddle mount for the SBE I, but do not know if it will fit SBE II or if they make a seperate one for it. Probably could do search for their site and check.
  6. ucrane: I contacted Benelli Customer Service about the recoil pad on my LH SBE II and they said they would replace, but backordered until at least March! I even asked for the thinner pad as my LOP is a little long. No problem; other than long wait.
  7. BUY IT!!!! There are very few, if any, shotguns that won't show up on problem lists sooner or later. I echo above statements, my SBE II has been flawless, but that doesn't mean I will never have some sort of problem. I like mine very well, but I like all my guns!!!!!
  8. Fuzzhead: I've got a Burris 135 SpeedDot on my old turkey gun (Mossberg 835) and it works great. I have a new SBE II mainly for waterfowl and "may" put the SpeedDot on it for up coming Spring turkey. I kinda like the shorter barreled Mossy for turkey hunting; rarely takes more than one shot!
  9. I'd like to see 24" and 26" replacement barrels for LH SBE II in Max 4 camo.
  10. My LH SBE II is also on the right side; I have never seen one any other way. The picture must be wrong!
  11. I have a LH SBE II in Max 4 camo that I purchased several months ago from Guns Galore in Fenton, Michigan. They had to order it, but only took a couple weeks. Nice gun, although I haven't hunted with it yet.
  12. Contact Guns Galore in Fenton, Michigan. Ordered my L.H. SBE II from them and had it in less than a month and saved over $100 from most advertised prices. Don't know if they have web-site. If you have problem contacting them, e-mail me and I'll look up phone number for you. I don't think you will beat their price and excellent to deal with.
  13. Received my trigger assembly today (Thurs. 8-12) from Benelli Customer Service with the new safety spring. MUCH IMPROVED and works great. THANKS to all involved for the great service.
  14. I DID NOT receive a return authorization number from Customer Service. I called and asked where to send my trigger assembly for the stiff safety spring repair they were doing, and the women who answered the phone confirmed the address and told me to mark it attention C. Day!!! Sounds like some of your people don't have the message! Anyhow, Thanks Montefeltro for your message and follow-up.
  15. Threeshot: Yes, I called Customer Service and that is the address they told me to send it to. It is different than the one posted on their web-site I see now! Hope thats not the reason for delay!
  16. I sent the trigger assembly from my L.H. SBE II to Service Dept., 901 Eighth St., Pocomoke, MD 21851 on 7-30-04 via Priority Mail; Attn: C. Day. I hope they didn't run out of springs!!! Its been (11) days and I've heard or seen nothing. Expect to see it soon, I hope!
  17. Nick- I contacted Benelli yesterday and they said they would be shipping SBE II's in two months! I hope its true as I'm also looking to purchase one. Looks like they will be in demand, so probably no deals!
