On my Nova I use the B-Square mount from Cabelas. Push out the pins and replace with screws,watch how tight you get them, and then mount your scope. I put a 1.75x4 on mine for turkey. Works great and holds zero good against 3.5 shells. Really takes a pounding.

I shoot 2.75 shells in my Nova and have good results. I use it for rabbit, dove and turkey. Its an awesome versatile gun if there ever was one. Also burn a lot of 3 and 3.5 shells with no problem. If you opt to shoot heavy 3.5 loads spring for the recoil reducer and bracket cause it will save your shoulder on the range and hunting.

Ive just installed a recoil reducer on my Nova. Works great. Shot 30 rounds of mixed 3&3.5 shells through it and did fell a lot less recoil. It helps greatly on the range. I shoot Winchester 3" 2oz 6's through a HS strut Undertaker and at 38 yards it produces a great pattern although it breaks up past that point for some reason.

I like the safety on my Nova better than the tang safety on a Mossberg because it is in a better position as far as not being clicked off at the wrong time.

How do you install the rubber hose inside the bracket in relation to the recoil tube? The package had no instructions in it. Have figured out all other components except how to position the hose. Thanks for the help.
