Customer service said that it is perfectly legal to attach the collapsible stock and mag extension to the M4super90. They can't import the m4 into the country with these features. Once it is here you may add these accessories. She also said Benelli's lawyers have confirmed this with the BATF. Customer service phone number is 301-283-6981 if you would like to confirm.

I'm do to get mine on monday. The dealer said both stocks are in my box, but the 11707 usually comes with the standard pistol grip stock. The collapsible is an accessory.

Kendal, Thanks for the congrats. That's correct I didn't pay any tax. The salesman told me it has both stocks and a forehand grip. I asked him if it was a mag extension, he said he thinks so. For everything I paid $1399.87. Sonny

How does it break the law?
