  1. Looks good bro.

I have a Daves 1pc tube on the way myself, should be here in a few days.

As for the $200+ tubes, the price is insanse as what the coll stocks are bringing these days.

As the son of a machine shop owner, I know that there isnt NEARLY $200 in these pieces.

  2. Id be more than willing to bet, that if you took off all that non-factory BS that it would work perfect.

I have heard a lot of people with the Surefire setup saying that it inteferes with the gas system and pinches something.

I have literally shot every single round on the market through my M4, and it feeds them all, flawless.

Take it back to stock. KISS.

  3. if stupid ******** would stop buying them for so much, then shithead gypsy scumbag motherfuckers wouldnt sell them for so much...

Aww, are your feelings still hurt from when I got an obscene ammt for that stock a few months back?

Let me guess, you dont have one?

Communist Russia loves people like you. Are you aware as to the concept of "free trade" and how it works? Perhaps Google "Supply V Demand" That would be a good place to start.

Keep on pushing that petition to get a US stock made. Im sure that will pay off in 30 or so years.

Meanwhile, instead of bitching, how about get off your dead ass and invent one yourself. Or do you not have enough gumption to do that, and would prefer that someone else do the work while you reap the benefits.. Perhaps Old Russia is the place for you afterall. You dont seem to like how America works.

Man up you *****, make more money. Buy what you want.

  4. Apparently there are no less than 1,000,000 different versions of the M4.

Seriously. There seems to be a handfull of different ones floating around. M4, M1014, 11701, M4LE, M4 American Flag. ect. I have yet to find anyone that can give me a solid answer as to which one is actually "different"

I want to say that the pure Mil version comes with a fixed choke, whereas the others are interchangable.

Mine was boxed funny. It came with the collapsable skel stock, and removable chokes. However, the markings on the gun are M4LE, but the box says 11701 on one spot, and M1014 in another. And yet another sticker on the box says 18.5 Col stock, M4 Law Enforcement only.

Oh well, they seem to all shoot the same.

  5. Remove the trigger assy. Just remove the single pin from the receiver and drop it out the bottom, After that, take a firm grip on the receiver, and just unscrew the stock. Counterclockwise.

It may take a little bit of muscle, but you cant screw anything up.

Once you get it off, you will be like "duh":D

  6. ***** ***** *****, Thats all im hearing is a bunch of crying by little communist girls, that think that everyone should be entitled to everything.

WTF did you buy a damn M4 for if you are hurting in the $$ area? If people are paying the prices, obviously its worth it. Otherwise, guess what, wait for it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,THEY WOULDNT BUY IT!

Is a M4 the first gun over a grand that you own? If so, welcome to the world of expensive ****. If not, are you still this nieve? You people dont have a CLUE what expensive is for a gun if you think that $1k is high for a stock.

In the last 3 months, I have sold 2 of the skel stocks. One for $750 and some trade, and another, recently, on here for $500. Do I feel guilty? Both of the guys that I sold these stocks to were happier than a punk in jail to get them.

Should I lower my price to $150 just because you FEEL that is a fair price? You want more money? Get a job that pays more. You want a budget shotgun that has cheep stocks, get an 870.

Why not call Benelli and, oh, I dont know, BLAME THE

    SOURCE?!?

I hear free market all the time, but the first situation that comes up where some yo-yo cant afford something, he gets all butthurt and cries price gouging.

Man up, you have a few choices here.

1.Continue to be a little girl.Cry everytime something comes along that you cant afford

2.Be a man,Make more money, buy what you want.Or dont, take a stand and just say "this sport is just out of my means"

    3. Realize that a semi-expensive gun just isnt what you need. Perhaps the pawn shops, and a used Wingmaster are more your speed.

I still laugh everytime I see people on a Benelli forum crying about prices.

    Grow a pair you babies.

  7. plan to do the same on all my standard stock Benellis,,hey wheres you mag extension?????????????????

Its at the house. I took it crow hunting a few weeks ago and threw the oppressive limiter back on there. Didnt want to run into any BS with the local Fife crew.

  8. Sold another skel stock for an M4 and finally got around to bolting up the field stock to my my M4. Soooo much more comfortable than the skel stock. Im going to run it in a 3-gun match here in a few weeks, so that will be the real test.

  9. Im wanting a sling for my M4.

Its a standard (field) stock on there now. Id like something simple, durable, and lastly, a model that has quick release buckles. I dont want to have to spend 5min unthreading/unwrapping the sling if I need to remove it.

I dont care what color it is. Black, OD, Tan, whatever.

I have seen a few models that loop all the way around the stock, with a buckle a few in up, those look nice.

    Something alone these lines.

    Thoughts?

  10. There's an old saying that can be adapted to this ridiculous expectation.

"Expect in one hand and **** in the other. See which one fills up first"

If paying $1500+ for a shotgun that breaks parts, and requires that you hold for 30min on a non-800 number to speak to a dimwitted CS rep that is going to tell you that if anything breaks, its your fault. If all this is what you require from a MFG, than your in luck.

I, however, require a bit more.

As far as expectations, Benelli can EXPECT me to sell thier product off the first time they raise my blood pressure and take the money and buy a different brand.

  11. Also, as a Mechanic, I would have known that 25ft lbs is WAY to excessive for such small screws going into alum.

But, im a mechanic, I know that. Everyone else does not. If Benelli told him to torque it to 25ft lbs, andit broke (which im sure it did) its still thier fault. Perhaps Benelli should consider having thier phone goons properly informed as to the workings of the shotgun that they are selling.

  12. If I spend $65k on a Corvette, can I slam it into everything on the road, neglect maintainence and still expect it to perform properly?

Absoutly not. Slamming into everything on the road is not what the car was intended for. However, if it was to scatter the rear end, gears strip in the tranny, and the clutch slip everytime you got on it a little, then yes, something is wrong, and the car was not built to withstand what it is intended for.

I do believe that a shotgun that has been demed for combat should be able to withstand a certian level of neglect and abust. Call me crazy, but a Semi-auto shotgun is NOT a new invention, the bugs should be worked out. Things like a bolt breaking is complete and utter garbage. That should NEVER happen. I will go as far to say that nothing should ever fail on this shotgun while under normal operations. It should be held to the same standards as any other battle weapon. Will it outlast an 870? Doubtful.

The price I paid more than justifies for quality materal, workmanship, and propper R&D time.

As far as thier customer service (or lack thereof) Ill be damned if they tell me that the rail falling off is not thier problem. What the **** is it even there for if you cant mount anything on it without fear of it failing? Is this the gun they are putting in the hands of our Marines? God help them.

If ANYTHING were to go wrong with any M4 variant, I would expect a FULL replacement on my doorstep within 48hours.

  13. Short of beating on the gun with a sledge hammer,I dont care how you try to justify it. Any malfunction, break, or whatever should be 100% covered by the MFG for the life of the shotgun. Especially since I dropped $1500 on this sucker. I have 870s that have been beaten to **** and back, and some are 30+ years old and still dont have any stripped parts, broken bolts, or stocks falling off.

Ill be damned if im going to back a product when the company that makes it wont. Ill sell this damn thing and be in an FN SLP so fast it will make your head spin.

Mine has had no issues as of yet, but its only about 100rds old.

I will suffer ZERO ****-ups for a shotgun this expensive. One problem, and its for sale, and Ill never own another one.I simply cannot tollerate ****** customer service on top of an overpriced, inferior product.

  14. What do y'all guys think of this vs. the Sure Fire M80? It cost more but I kinda think that the top could act as a heat shield. Plus it is a B&T.http://www.dsarms.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BT21353

While I dont doubt that its a quality product, that is just overkill.

IMO even on an AR, a full quad pic rail is a solution looking for a problem. I cant imagine needing that many mounting points for accessories on a damn shotgun.

Id rather pick up a universal $20 small pic rail mount for a flashlight, and let that be it.

Why dont those jerkoffs get off thier asses and make something useful like a decent priced tele-stock?

  15. I cant remember what member refered me to this guy, But I just now talked to him, and he has a supplier that has them in stock.

Seemed like a great guy to deal with
