  1. 2000 maybe, but 2500? You could almost by a SWD Mac-11 full auto for that kinda money. Shiite!

Not being a smartass to the OP, but 2500 is WAY high, especially for a standard stock.

Id say $1500 would be a good price.

Here is what I have been seeing them go for

    Standard field stock-1500

    PG stock, non collapsable-1600

    Coll stock-1700-1900.

Just as an example, I gave 1700, and no tax for mine a few months ago. Coll stock, removable chokes, ect.

  2. First, this listing is for the STOCK ONLY!

This is a nearly new, perfect cond Collapsable stock for the Benelli M4.

I bought it off of a brand new M4, installed, it, and never fired a shot with it. I am selling because I am using this gun in 3-gun matches and a regular stock fits my needs better.

No trades, No trades, NO TRADES!!!

$500, I will handle the shipping charges.

Certified funds or Pay-Pal if you foot the 4%, or whatever they charge these days.

  3. Bad news Bs- you just missed out on my generous offer! I have one on the way. And no, I did not spend a $1,000 or even $750. That 39 cents and some stamps was just to tempting for the seller to pass up!

    :)

    Awesome. Glad you found one.

Id probably let this one go for $500 or so. I really dont care for it that much, but with them getting all sucked up by people that wont let them go, I may just hang on to it for a while.

  4. Sorry to sound lame, but other than look cool, what does that stock really do for ya?

    ...

    Honestly, not a damn thing.

Other than being adjustable, its one of the most uncomfortable feeling PG stocks I have ever used.

The plain field stock is much better feeling IMO.

  5. How much you offerin??

I said I was going to keep this one, but if the price is right, ill let it go.

Sadly, if you can find one for under $500, you done good.

I have seen them go for a grand, and I got $750 and a regular field stock for the last one I sold. So be ready for some pain:eek:

Here is one going for a grand on Gunbroker. It wouldnt shock me if he got it.

  6. My understanding is that the full length tube is more involved in instilation, but is easier to field strip.

Also, I think some MFGs design may allow you to field strip with the extension, but im not sure.

As for how it would look. It cant look any worse than the Black grip that Benelli sent them out with.

As for reliability. As long as you go with a Benelli, Daves Metal Works, or a SoComguys, you should have no issues whatsoever.

The OEM Benelli extensions have a side effect of making your wallet a lot lighter.

  7. I like to keep all my Tac shotguns simple. I wouldnt mind a small red dot sight on my 3-gun rigs, but other than that. I like them how they came.

I boiled the grip to get it soft, then did the soap and water. It was still a *****. Between the mushy stock grip, and the Houge being pretty soft also, it was wanting to grab real bad.

It really want that bad, took about 15min to get it where I wanted.

  8. Mine has M1014 on the box. On the receiver, it has M4 LE

It came with removable chokes, a coll stock, but the cripmed round limiter. Im confused about which is which myself. Which is the best, and why?

  9. Yep, Knoxx would turn out a pretty good product. But ****, I would like to see anybody put a good stock on the market. What amazes me is that nobody has jumped on it yet. They could sell them for $300 or maybe a bit more and by my SWAG calculations they could move hundreds if not a few thousand of them. Anybody have an idea how many M4s are out there?

As much as I would like it, id say it would be borderline profitable.

Id say that less than 5% of those that have M4s would want a different stock, only enthuasists as ourselves.

The vast majority of them are owned by LEO and the Armed Forces, and they either already have them, or aint gonna change them.

Im all for it, I sold a Coll stock a few months back, and was able to pick up another one for a song.

Unless I can get $1000 for this one, im gonna keep it.

  10. OK, I'll bite- what pictures?

    I was being a smart-ass.

There is some rule about getting something new, posting about it, but not including pics.

Its in the Bible, somewhere towards the back, I think.:D

  11. I found out today that Benelli is not sending ANY collapseable stocks to the US. No one can get them, not FBI,CIA (ok maybe the CIA can sneak some in), state/local law enforcers...... and to top the list- guess which three letter club is trying to figure out how to get them? Yep, the ATF operators are scratchin their heads in puzzelment. I guess it is the whole karma thing in action. But before all you profiteers start drooling about paying off your mortage with the proceeds from selling you stocks, it has come to my attention that fairly soon there will be a US made collapser available that is BETTER than the factory unit! And no I aint tellin from who (I want to be first in line) On that note, while we wait, anybody got a factory Bennelli stock they would part with for $250 ? :)

Id like to see Knoxx make one.

  12. I have a single shot shotgun with an 18 1/2 inch barrel with a short (youth) stock that I use for home defense. Is that adequate for home defense? I was thinking about getting a coach shotgun and checking to see if they could install a youth stock. Thanks for your comments.

    Plenty good.

Up until about the time I was 22 or so, I used a Winchester 1200 youth, 20ga, 20in bbl, and a short stock. Granted, it wasnt some wizz bang uber-tactical setup, but a chestfull of 00 buck from a 3in 20ga shell is still going to make you have a bad day.

I ended up giving the gun back to my father (he gave it to me when I was 8) and to this day he still uses it for HD.

Its the one on top. These days I keep one of my 1300s near my bed. I keep my Benellis locked up.

Id hate to shoot someone with a $1500 shotgun and the courts find a reason to keep it for evidence. I can stand to loose one of the $280 WInchesters.

  13. So glad to hear she is safe. Thumbs up to you for training her.

Thats one of my biggest fears, that my Wife or little girl will be home when im not there.

My wife has her CCW, and can use a pistol quite well.

I just fear that she is not aggressive enough and might hesitate that small second.

You better get mean and quick witted to make it in todays world.

  14. Hey gang, look for the 2008 catalogs on your dealer's shelves one week after the SHOT show last week of Jan.1st week of Feb. just a heads up!

Anything in the works for some new tacticool offerings?
