I have somehow managed to collect quite a few parts over the years and need to find them all new homes.

    - M4 Front Sight $20

    - M4 Accessory Rail (fits other Benelli's also) $45

    - M2T Magazine Limiter Rod $3

    - SN/SNT Magazine Limiter $3

    - M2/M3 recoil tube stud & nut - $10

Buyer pays shipping and I will only ship high cap magazines where they are legal.

  2. I posted that over at ar15 and I was just having fun in Photoshop. If Magpul made something like that it would be a huge hit with the M4 users.

It would look better if the stock was to scale with the gun.

  3. A gun is a tool, not a museum piece. If you're worried about a few blemishes, I would just stop shooting it altogether as you certainly won't be able to do any real training with it. A Sharpie or some Perma Black will work wonders if it bothers you that much.

Although I agree to some extent I too tend to care about things like this.

  4. Thanks for the help but I already tried Hoppes N0.9 with no results. Could it be the phos finish on the parts is not very durable.

The upper is anodized and not coated. Doing what I mentioned got all the marks on all three of my MR1's to a point where you could barely see them or gone completely.

  5. I was reading abouty these "O" rings. How long do they last. I just bought this gun and expect it to last many years without service. My M14 is 20 years old and I have had to do nothing to it.

Once you learn to assemble the gun properly the o-ring will last for quite some time. Most people misalign the guide rod in the expansion chamber and cut them thus use/wear is not the problem.

  6. Hi I am new to this group. I just purchased a MR1, the gun looks great and shoots fast but I have one big complaint. I noticed that the ejected shells about 50% of the time are ejected back not to the side. I have noticed some damage on my receiver from the casings hitting it. At first I noticed 3 and thought that I did not notice them when I purchased the gun but after shooting 2 boxes of shells the number of marks have increased. These marks do not come off and I fear they are permanent. I am afraid to think what the gun will look like after 20 boxes of shells. I have noticed these marks on a youtube video. Are you guys haveing this same issue. Also with the shells going back the guys at the local gun range are not going to like me.

Some tactical guns have deflectors and some don't, the Sig556 the MR1 doesn't and case marks are the norm. I would like to add though that dabbing them with Hoppes No9 and letting it sit for a few minutes will allow most to wipe right off.

  7. Well just watch your email for the status of your rebate. Sad thing is I waited and waited just to get a reply saying my purchase didn't meet rebate requirements. I bought one of the items pictured right on the damn rebate forum and provided an almost 8 x 11" copy of the reciept and UPC. I would really hope it wasn't because I sent a copy of the UPC as Benelli themselves said it was good enough.

  8. This is the photo he referenced in the thread on Mesa's forum. Looks pretty terrible to me if that's how they are using them. :D

If you search for Benelli M4 on google there are a few pictures of military useage of the M4. In one of them that is too big to post here the GI has his cheek right on the forward corner of the cheek rest. It's a real shame that improper use leads to things like the "essay" posted on mesa's site.

Reading that reminded me of a fella that did a tear down video of a Beretta 90-Two on youtube. Like everyother 92 series since day one it's frame is aluminum yet he said polymer more than five times. **** he even mentioned it was a bit heavy for being polymer.

  9. Seems like the boys cutting up their cheeks might need a little more instruction. I have yet to encounter anything like that with mine.

Agreed, you gotta be doing some terrible shouldering to have issues with C-Stock.

On a side note why is everyone in such a rush to get these? From the pictures shown they look like the AR knockoff stocks you see on some mossbergs and other cheaper shotguns.

  10. Well I'm gonna be moving and won't have as much room to shoot so my long guns need to go.

The M4 is sold but I still have my MR1.

It's exceptional with only 100rds of Federal .223 through it and is also a CD (2009) production gun. Includes factory Benelli box, manual and other paperwork. $900 o.b.o.

I really don't want to put this on GB and would prefer to give a fellow forum member a deal.

  11. You mean statements like this?

Or when you thought you were Johhny Cool guy and had to make it sound like I was doing more than contemplating what the factory follower was made from. Me saying I don't care what someone does to there gun isn't stupid as last I checked we can do as we please.

In short you can put any spin on this you want but it all just boils down to you thinking you're something you obviously aren't.;)

  12. Oh really? You posted 4 times in a thread you claim to care nothing about? I guess you just have nothing better to do.

Listen ******* you can quit trying to instigate **** or post somwhere else as my posts in here have not one damn thing to do with someones choice of what "they" do.

    Good day and piss off.

  13. Gives you a little more room to make sure you get that last shell in there.I have replaced mine and have zero issues.

Caveat: This mod may not be cody6.0 approved.

I could care less what you or anyone for that matter does to there M4 and with that being said I still can't remember having issues getting 7 in the tube.:)

  14. All three of mine do/done this as there is no case deflector.

If they bother you just let some Hoppes No.9 sit on them for a minute or two and most wipe right off.
