Agreed with Hooky!! i dont care what Customer service told you, if benelli wanted you to shoot 5.56 ammo through it they would have marked the barrel 5.56!! i have a ruger mini-14 marked 223 and they specifically tell you NOT to fire any 5.56. but its your rifle so do as you see fit. it may shoot the 5.56 for a while, but eventually it wears much harder on your bore from what i had been told. oh and hey, if it blows up on ya post the pics here.....

ok then, where are they for an ambi-attachment for a nelli m4?? like the one in the pic i posted.

where in this thread was i asking for what kind of sling to buy?? i was simply looking for a sling attachment. and i dont hike through the mountains, go on PT runs, or walk anywhere period with my SG. well maybe from my truck to the range bench.^_^ and again, I like single point slings if ya missed it.

YUP, it was a complete barrel with pistons and tubes all ready to install. so i won the auction, called and paid w/ my C.C. and he shipped it the same day. and 3 days later it showed up via FedEx truck. the barrel was in BRAND NEW condition as stated in the auction and fit perfectly on my M1014 for the pics. i cant wait to put it on for good cause its hiding by itself in a very dark and lonely spot in my house. but rules are rules so i gotta wait for my papers. "Papers??, we dont need no stinkin papers"!!

it fit onto the Benelli top rail i took off and had lying on my bench. so i think the B&T is off a smidge.

have you googled for any Chicago/illinois gun forums?? or even gone to visit any gun shops?? just sayin...

Um, ya missed some items. mag tube-200$, B&T quad rail 300$, any sort of good optic 400$, sling and attachments 150$, any good flashlight and QD mount 300$, mepro night sights 90$, and a mesa shell holder 85$, tax stamp 200$, C-3 dealer fee 100$ and last but not least a pelican hard case for it 185$. new total 5010$ Holy lets rob a bank Batman!!

Dang DUGGY, tell us how you really feel!! i like the s/p sling. i have one on my AR and it works and fits awesome. and i just like and work good with that style when bringing the weapon to the shooting position. i own 2 really sturdy and well made s/p slings. that being said im getting one for my Nelli. but you go ahead and keep your 1980's rifle sling!! at least thats what they remind me of...
