  1. Benelli use these guy for promotion, he seems to hit a lot of clays http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dol3VyagEtU&feature=related
  2. Hi would this fit an M2 and would you ship to the UK? How much would you want? Why are you selling?
  3. Hi there I'm in the UK and I've just bought a 24" M2 in 12g. I'm just wondering what other modifications and enhancements you lot have put on your M2's. I've added the Benelli extended tube. What other mods do you recommend? The intended use is as a sporting shottie for birds and other vermin. Does anyone use the Trulock/Truglo choke tubes? I'd be grateful for your advice and I'd love to see some piccies, even if they are outright US defence loadouts. Thanks for looking.
  4. you can check on midway for the length of the nordic tubes. http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=114718 guess it depends on how many extra rounds you want. guys who use their m2's for practical shotgun don't mind the tube being longer than the barrel. if it's for home defence then someone from the US would be better placed to comment. I know you can get door breacher flash hiders for some shotties, not sure if the m2 has an aftermarket one. hope this helps.
  5. Fantastic loadout. Why do I live in the UK?..................
  6. Some pics The tube is 13.25" long. http://s887.photobucket.com/albums/ac78/tasum/Mag%20Tube/
  7. As above, brand new purchased 2/1/10, fitted, but not shot. Beautifully made genuine factory magazine extension tube with longer spring, tube end cap and barrel clamp. Tube has a sling plate which can be mounted in 3 different positions (left, right and below the bore). Very easy to fit. When mounted approx 1" shorter than my 24" barrel . Convert your 3+1 M2 into a 9+1. £110.00 posted. Advertised elsewhere. I need a tube without a sling plate so this has to go. It's a shame 'cos the tube is very high quality as you would expect. Pics to follow here's the link: http://www.benelli.it/Articoli/Armi.asp?ID=33 Go to accesories and scroll right to the tubes. It's the longest one Benelli do.
  8. Would this fit an M2 and would you ship to the UK?
  9. Hi m8 I've dropped you a post on another thread.
  10. I have posted a reply on my other thread. Drop me an email.
  11. I am thinking of selling my brand new Benelli tube kit if I can't remove the sling plate; i don't want a sling on my rifle. Drop me a note of your email so I can email you as I can't send you a pm; not enough posts yet.
  12. Hi there I've just added aBenelli extended mag tube to my M2. How do I tighten the sling plate/attachment? Should I have done this before I tightened it all up? Is there a way to remove the sling plate completely? Thanks in advance.
  13. Job done. I've used some insulating tape for a little protection under the clapm. It seems to have done the trick. Am I mising something because the sling plate moves on the tube retaining nut. Was I supposed to tighten this up before fitting the tube to the nut? Sorry to ask such a daft question, but i don't relish taking it apart again.
  14. Hi there Thanks for the offer, but I've got the Benelli extension, but a very kind offer. If I had been interested, would you have been able to ship it to the UK?
  15. Here's the link with the mention right at the end. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=394205 Hope this helps. It's to add grip and to cushion and protect the barrel's finish.
  16. By the way I can now clarify the Benelli capacity over here in the UK. You can have a factory 2+1, 3+1 or a 7+1. The 2 and 3 have removeable mag tubes, but the 7+1 FAC version has a fixed tube which can only be removed with a hack saw. Uk laws are that a shotgun certificate holder is restricted to a 2+1 semi, but anything more has to be on a Firearms certificate. We get in the UK whatever you guys don't want in the USA
  17. Thanks Creeper, for what I've paid I think I'll stick with the Benelli factory unit complete with clamp. Can you recommend a sealant etc to apply to the inside of the clamp beofre screwing it to my barrel? I have seen Loctite rtv (household silicone) mentioned, but that's hard to come by in the UK. Anything else you can recommend? Thanks.
  18. If you are able Creeper, could we have an msn instant message chat? you can pm me your email and I'll add you. If not, no probs. Thanks
  19. Creeper thanks for the info, sorry to only have come back on now. Now got my M2 and took on approval a genuine Benelli mag extension tube which I think is for 6 extra rounds. As the M2 is a 3+1, then I think this will give me 9+1 in total. Do you rate the genuine Benelli tube or are the Nordic Arms, DW, tacstar, etc better? My kit came with the barrel clamp as well as the internal bits. Price was £120. Should I keep it sealed up and sell it on and get one of the others above? Cheers
  20. Hi there I'd be interersted in some pics if you are able to ship to the UK. Let me know then I'll pm you my email. Thanks and well done.
  21. Thanks agm65ccip I thought it would be reasonably straight forward. Over here they tell us to take it to a gunsmith cos it requires specialist tools. Thanks. I'll now try and source a s/h one; they're quite rare over here and about $2000 new over here. T
  22. Hi there I'm in the UK and planning on buying a Benelli M2. I want to increase the number of rounds it will hold. I've been told that to modify a 7+1 M2 requires me to saw off the original mag tube. Is this correct? Does the original tube (whether 7+1 or 2+1) not just unscrew? Does the nordic components extended tube fit on all M2's whether they are 7+1 or 2+1? Thanks in advance for your help. Tariq Umer
