She sure is purdy. Looks fantastic with the M&P! How do you like the Sidearmor forward shell holder? Would that mount on any picatinny rail?

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations regarding what sling setup works best for a Supernova with a collapsible stock? It seems like it would be ideal to be able to use a sling in either a 1 or 2 point configuration. Also, are the holes on either side of the collapsible stock, sort of above and behind the slot for a sling, designed to incorporate a QD sling swivel? That's the only reason I could think of for them being there. Since the stock is synthetic and all the sling swivels I have seen seem to be metal, would that wear away at the holes in the stock over time? Thanks in advan

Thanks for all the comments. I would like to participate in IDPA matches as there is a local range that facilitates the matches. Think the Pro Series is worth getting for that? Would it be better to just purchase a regular M&P, shoot the heck out of it and then look into an aftermarket trigger and/or sights? Thanks for the pics chuck_s!

This might be the wrong forum to ask this question, but I'll ask anyway. I'm thinking of purchasing a Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm as my first handgun. Any thoughts? I've looked at a Springfield XD, a Beretta PX4, and shot a Glock 17. The XD felt too small in my hands. The Glock shot great but I just didn't like something about it. I like the PX4 quite a bit (as well as the 92 which I realize is a different class of handgun) but I keep coming back to the M&P because of how it fits in my hands and the price. Also, is it worth spending the extra money to get a Pro series M&P

How did you attach the briley breach buster to your barrel? My Supernova Tactical's barrel isn't threaded for a screw in choke.

Great looking setup. All I've done to mine is the nordic +3 mag tube and a low drag follower, but I'd love to get my hands on a cstock and I've been thinking about a shell holder and a sight or a flashlight. Gotta love the Supernova.

I keep a Supernova next to my bed should an unwelcome visitor find themselves in my home. It has the 18.5" barrel, pistol grip stock, ghost ring sights and I added a nordic components magazine extension tube. I keep the magazine tube loaded with Federal 00 buckshot or Brenneke HD slugs. Outside of HD, I've been really impressed with all of the various Brenneke slugs. If I can ever find some Federal #1 buckshot that will replace the 00. Seems hard to come by though as I believe they stopped manufacturing it. I keep the Supernova's safety off. I figure the first warning to an intruder

Yeah, I'm not willing to spend 400+, but the release of the Urbino Tactical stock by Mesa Tactical seemed to cause the M4 cstocks to drop in price. Saw some going for 250. I only see the M4 cstock on RAT WORX website though.

There seem to be alot of posts regarding the cstock for M4s but not a whole lot on the cstock for the Supernovas. Any thoughts? I bought a Supernova Tactical with a PG stock and added a Nordic Components mag ext and a low drag follower for the fun of it. I love it. Anyway, thoughts on/pics of the Supernova cstock? Would the money be better spent on a Sidearmor rail system and shell holders? Thanks for the input.
