  1. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=333223161 $1789 free shipping no taxes
  2. Since it looks like the auction I posted above ended early here is a 7 day auction that sold at MSRP: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=331636613
  3. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=332433397 Not quite MSRP but close....and you know GB pricing is inflated. Prices are coming back down...$1999 for an M4 is not a steal anymore.
  4. I'm not sure about your specific problem but I've worked with the production manager at Briley and he is super helpful. PM me if you need his email...I don't think its on their website.
  5. I did some googling and found this BATFE letter: Has something changed between 2009 and now so that 922r no longer applies?
  6. Yes, I've never heard of this either. But what if I add a collapsible/folding stock to a registered NFA shotgun? Does 922r come into play? Normally I don't think 922 is a big deal but I want to be extra careful when dealing with Title III weapons.
  7. Message heckler&kochp2000...he sells both the tube and the collapsible stock. Gunbroker has them as well. HK, do you know how to satisfy 922r requirements when you install the collapsible stock on the M3?
  8. That’s exactly what I was told when I called Benelli in December. Local dealers have also told me that H2Os will never make it to the US shore (Carter Country near Houston) but I put more weight on what Benelli says. They are the only documented and credible source for this information and I don’t know why they would have a reason to lie about the review status. This is why I’m saying Feinstein's legislation is the X factor. Under the proposed legislation the gun would not in fact be able to make to the US in its current configuration (See my earlier post) regardless of whether it passes ATF review.
  9. Just wondering, where did you get the info that it has been discontinued? I talked to a Benelli rep not too long ago (I believe in December) and they said it was still under review.
  10. Everything is in limbo because of Feinstein's legislation. Here is a summary regarding shotguns: "All semiautomatic shotguns that have a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock; pistol grip; fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 5 rounds; ability to accept a detachable magazine; forward grip; grenade launcher or rocket launcher; or shotgun with a revolving cylinder. The legislation excludes the following weapons from the bill: Any weapon that is lawfully possessed at the date of the bill’s enactment" The H2O has a pistol grip, capacity to accept more than 5 rounds, and a telescoping stock. That would make it a banned weapon. If you already own one you're in the clear but if the bill passes your chances would be zero.
  11. Why wouldn't they just list it on gunbroker? Apparently, they don't care to make sales lol. Anyway, does anyone know where I can get free comprehensive market data for gun sales? I want to see exactly when the peak hits and when the decline begins. I like the insider information from message boards but I want to see some verified statistics as well. I tried looking at the FBI background checks by week/day but I'd like to see summary charts/graphs as well as more detailed information if its available. I know the National Shooting Sports Foundation does some market research but they charge for it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. [h=3][/h]
  12. PM me if you would like to know the reserve price and I will tell you. No obligation to buy if you do not hit reserve.
  13. Hey guys I am selling my Benelli M3 folding stock here: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=326352046 If the auction does not meet the reserve I will consider a sale to a forum member if they are the highest bidder. Thanks for looking.
  14. Numrich lists the Ghost Ring Sight barrel for the M3 folding stock but I believe that is actually for the current M3 which doesn't have the same ghost ring sights. http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Products/742710.htm Are there any regulations on importing a barrel? I don't see why BenelliUSA can't get me one from Italy if I can provide the serial number of my gun and am willing to pay for it...
  15. I want to replace the barrel on my Benelli M3 folding stock. The rear sight of the barrel is used as a latch for the folding stock so the barrel is made specifically for the M3T model. The gun/barrels are no longer imported but are still produced in Italy. Has anyone had experience trying to get BenelliUSA to replace a part that is no longer imported?
  16. What current production Benellis still allow ghost loading? I know the M3 no longer has that capability without modification. And does ghost loading increase magazine capacity? Technically the extra round is not sitting in the magazine...
  17. Yes there is no law right now. But we do know Feinstein is working on reinstating the original 1994 ban plus more. I am wondering about the legality of carrier comp and other aftermarket tubes that accept more than 5 rounds under the original 1994 ban. My discussion of hypotheticals does not mean I have accepted such an outcome. I always prepare for the worst and fight for the best. I just signed up for an NRA life membership and wrote all my state and federal legislators.
  18. Hypothetically speaking let’s say that law passes. With exception to the H2Os, aren't most US benelli's 5+1 anyway? How would that affect current production? Does that mean that anyone with an aftermarket full length mag tube (even if installed pre-ban) would be required to take it off?
  19. Would you be willing to do a cash deal? If so, how much?
  20. What did they have to do to make it work? And how much did it cost? And if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the tube/stock? I am interested in doing it but the parts alone cost an arm/leg and on top of that it's not even a drop in fit. I decided to spend my xmas money on the 26" barrel instead...just arrived today so I'm happy.
  21. Do you have a source/link for that info?
  22. They are definitely my two favorite Benellis
