No, an absolute co-witness on a Benelli shotgun is physically impossible given the height of the iron sights and the height of either the Trijicon RMR or the Aimpoint Micro. You wouldn't want an absolute co-witness anyway because the iron sights would block half of the optic window. Both the IOR models will have an extreme lower-third co-witness that is 36% improved over the BOR/RMR .

Thanks, SD. That's what we discovered as well. However, we didn't want to simply chop the front off of a BOR/RMR: Relying on just 2 screws is asking for trouble if you were to ever drop your shotgun onto the optic. It's taken us this long to develop the IOR because it actually has 4 screws anchoring it to the receiver. This isn't hard to do if you have a top mounted sight like the RMR to install, but we wanted a design that would also potentially accommodate an Aimpoint Micro, which has it's mounting screws go in from the bottom. This was a **** of an engineering challenge but we persevered and we hope you all agree that it will be worth the wait.

Not out of the box. The receiver profiles are the same, but you'd have to have your receiver drilled and tapped by a good gunsmith. Assuming there's nothing inside the receiver that might prohibit that.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately it is. #8-40 fasteners are very rare and high quality ones are difficult to come by. We've found that 1 in several hundred are slightly longer than the rest. It's always advisable to check if any of them protrude from the inside of the receiver after installation, and prior to re-inserting the barrel. If one does, a few minutes of filing the errant screw will usually remedy the situation. Our instructions recommend only 16in-lbs max, but I doubt that going to 18 would be the difference here. If anyone else has an issue, please feel free to contact us and we'll send you a cherry-picked shorter replacement screw.

There are lots of good optics out there and one day we might get to supporting them all, but for the foreseeable future we're committed to Trijicon and Aimpoint.

We don't have a SuperVinci to test, but by looking at photos of it I'd have to guess that the rail would obstruct your view of the front bead, assuming you use your normal cheek weld.

I just printed the document and it checks out as being 1:1 scale. You might have to un-check "scale to print" in your print dialogue. Can you please try that and let us know if that helps?

Agreed. We've tried some aftermarket ones and eventually the OEM one ended back up on the gun.

A quick update for anyone hoping to get one of our BOR/RMR + RM06 bundles any time soon: Our rep at Trijicon just told us that since the release of the Glock MOS 19 and 17, sales of RMRs have taken off ten fold. As such, their lead time for RMR orders is a disheartening 12 weeks...
