Summers are full of insane holidays in Italy. Half the country takes a month off to fornicate and fight.
Ask any Italian girl, she’ll tell you.

Covid probably isn’t helping anything either.

I FN love your comment, me being Italian Genovesi lmao!  So true

  2. Back ordered my Benelli 11721 May 20th, I knew it would be a long wait but just wanted to get in line at least!

I know their production started back up, has anyone back ordered a Benelli M4 and still waiting or received theirs!

    just curious, thanks!

Sorry guys, been busy dealing with Obama's kids.

I definitely treated myself when I bought that Wilton. I should have went for the 6" though, but I was already at the 500 range. Really like using it over my old Polack vice with busted jaws.

Brownells sells large rubberized mats that are heavy duty. They are a little pricey though. Especially when you have to buy 8 of them like I did.

Nice Wilton, what model number is that!

    Hi

Has anyone tried the Tac2 Bolt release assembly. Wanted to get one since the GG&G is not in stock anywhere? Wondering how it stacks up against GG&G in quality and reliability.

    FYI:

I emailed GG@G and received this response

    Hello Michael,

We will be. We are just waiting for more Benelli factory latches to come in for us to modify. Benelli Italy was closed for 2+ months for Covid-19.

I think that’s the buy it now price. Final bid appears to have been ‘only’ $4469.00.

I wonder what one of my NP3 builds would go for on there or if the price is being exaggerated by the original limited release of these?

    @StrangerDanger

Sorry my bad,  I was reading the buy no price  ?

The middle Intellibeam has to be modified to fit. The other two do not. You can use the supplied Scout bodies, or upgrade them for lighter weight and better mounting footprints. On the Surefire bodies, you just have to remove the factory mount which is really easy to do to work with the IWC mounting solution. Modifying the tailcap is an optional modification.

I would buy the M600DF model if buying today.

Appreciate the info, great as always!

Sounds like you picked a good model. At least you won't be chasing parts like the extended mag tube and 3 position collapsible stock to make it right. It will be worth waiting for. I have the same 11721 and was lucky to find a new one for a good price in stock on Gun Broker last November.

I've added a Scalarworks SYNC mount with a Trijicon RMR, an IWC front light/sling QD mount with a Surefire M300C (500 lumens) and the IWC bolt on rear QD mount with a Blue Force Gear Vickers sling. I also added a GG&G charging handle and bolt release and a set of Wolff mag springs and trigger pack springs from FFT.  I really can't think of anything else I would add... maybe a set of night sights?

    Cool,

Thanks for the response and good input!

    Top to bottom:

Surefire M600C, Surefire 123A body, Surefire tailcap. 500 lumen output

Surefire M600IB modified, IWC M600 Bacbone body, Surefire tailcap. 100-600 lumen output

Surefire M600DF, Modlite 18650 body, Surefire tailcap. 1,500 lumen output

    M600DF Surefire body

    18650 Keep Power 3500mAh battery

    @StrangerDanger

So either one of the 3, I'de have to modify them to work, I was thinking they would just fit on the mount!   What would be the best flash light/mount way to go without modding!  Like a SureFire or equivalent quality brand for Home Defense and such for a blinding light inside or outside home!

    Any suggestions thanks!

The DF is bright. But if you avoid lighting up walls head on, it will minimize the light blow back. I use a M600IB on both of mine. It auto adjusts between 100-600 lumens. The problem is the head is much larger diameter and needs to be machined your make fit on a IWC or Ava Mount. I hope Surefire releases a DF model with the intellibeam Scout at some point.

How would this DF model mount,  M600DF

Out of my league... Some people have more money than sense or at least more money than me. As always the buyer determines the price something is worth. I should be listing some of my firearms that I have been thinking of selling. With all this crazy panic buying now would be the time. ?

Exactly, that’s why I just ordered my 11721 being I got it for $1750, but with tax and shipping a $1900 and change!   But at least I don’t have to add the extras this model comes with!
