Dsnyder305 I feel for you, This just comes down to simple customer relations and good will. Sad to here Benelli is washing there hands from this issue when you have companies that i have delt with cover issues wich were caused by my problems. The Nova is a beast of a gun no doubt, but there are many other pump shotguns out now that may even be considered better,as well as their Inertia guns. Thanks for telling us your story and good luck.

The carrier lip will need to be bent up a little to properly fit your gun. It is easy to do. cut a block of wood to just fit inside the carrier and hold it in a vise. Place the carrier on the block of wood and hold down with your hand while tapping the bent lip to straighten it out. Reinstall and all will be good. I have done many of these for sporting clay shooters using the Benelli Super Sport.

Have used these pads for a long time. They make a big difference. I tried this new one and like it also https://www.limbsaver.com/product/new-airtech-recoil-pad/

The button on the shell release is press fit, and as is it will last a lifetime. When we start to put levers ect. on the button it puts a large amount of stress on the interface between the two parts and it will not hold up. This happened to me on my Super Sport and I talked to Jim at Jag Arms and the problem was solved. They micro tig welded the back of the button and it has held up wonderfully. I have had this done with my other Benelli's and haven't had a problem.
