  1. Too bad they’re not making wood stocks and fore ends for an M4
  2. Nice tube, looks good. My gun is a couple years old and the tube came right off as well, after a couple few minutes of heat. Perhaps they're just using less loctite than the older guns.
  3. I've seen posts before about MGW stocking the OEM aluminum frames. What I've gleaned here is that those frames are a tighter spec for when it comes to replacing and upgrading trigger parts, and while most prefer aluminum over the polymer material anyhow, the aluminum castings aren't too pretty either and have some imperfections and impurities. I'd just spend a little more and go right to an A&S.
  4. Argh enough twisting my arm already ! Just ordered my Noveske plate this morning
  5. What RPC says. I got my gun earlier this year and the mag tube came right off too, within a minute or two of heating it with a DeWalt gun. Whatever factory locktite there was, it came off with the old mag tube threads and not even any residual remained on the receiver threads. Couldn't have been easier
